If We Don't Laugh, We'll Grieve in Common | S2 BONUS
Is it okay to enjoy Christmas while you are grieving? Both Zoe and Maisie lost family members when they were very young and although they both love Christmas, admit that they can sometimes struggle with their grief at this time of year. In this episode, they explore their different grief journeys but also find plenty of common ground. The conversation covers looking after yourself during the festive season, how they remember their people at Christmas and their favourite Christmas songs and films.
Content warning: mentions plane crashes, tsunamis, and talks about death throughout.
